Eye Dropper Hex and RGB Colour Finder

When the application is activated, a magnified window is attached to your mouse pointer to show you the exact location and colour your pointer is on. Within the same window, the program displays the hex or RGB colour values of what you are pointing at. The program uses a dropper type function to pick up exactly the colour you want.
