Unblock files in Microsoft OutlookAre you unable to access attachments in Microsoft Outlook. Download the file below to unblock attachments and links in Microsoft Outlook. Double click the file once downloaded and when you restart Outlook you will be able to access links and attachments. You can also manually do the step above by adding the key to your registry. Go to run and type REGEDIT then navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Security\
click on the string Level1Remove and modify the value data to .asp;.mdb;.exe;.url;.bat;.scr;.msi;.chm (note the ; spacers between each extension must stay in place, you can also add any other extension that might still be blocked)
Unblock files in Outlook ExpressDo you have an email where the links or attachments are blocked. You can fix it by going to Tools> Options> Security Tab> then take the tick out of "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" and also take the tick out of "block images and other external content in HTML e-mail" Now when you open the email you will be able to see the attachments, links and pictures.

Save embedded files in Outlook ExpressDo you have an email where you cannot save the picture or attachment because they are embedded in the email. You can fix it by going to Tools> Options> Read Tab> then put a tick in "read all messages in plain text" Now when you open the email you will be able to see the attachments as attached files and can right click the file and choose save as and select your desktop and choose a name for the file. | ||||||||||||||||
