We work from home and are situated in Glasgow and repair computers in the Glasgow and surrounding areas only

I DO NOT charge on a per hour basis and all repairs are carried out at MY home as a means to keep the cost to the customer down as some older systems may require more man hours. All repairs are carried out at MY own home  It is also your own responsibility to back up any of your information unless you specifically request the back up data option. Internet connection will be checked before your computer is returned and we cannot accept any responsibility for re-installing your own wireless network at your address unless you request the paid for option and request a call out. ****** OPTION 1 - £30 REPAIR CHARGE ******

• Re-install of Windows XP if needed if repair not possible
• Removal of Vista and install of Windows XP
• PC health check
• Virus, Spyware and Adware Removal
• Disk De-Fragmentation
• Windows Update
• Install/Re-install of Virus Protection

There will be an extra £10 charge for pick up and drop off to your home if you cannot deliver. Home repairs are not possible due to the waiting time for formatting a system. An extra charge of 40p per mile will be charged outwith the Glasgow area.

****** OPTION 2 - £40 REPAIR CHARGE AND YOUR DOWNLOADED "My Documents" FOLDER FILES RECOVERED ******

as OPTION 1 but includes restoring my documents data from your corrupt drive to the newly formatted drive *this cannot be guaranteed as some drives may be totally corrupt and not accessible after virus infection or an attempt and a failed install* If it is not possible to retrieve your "My Documents" folder then the repair will revert to OPTION 1 - £30 REPAIR CHARGE

****** OPTION 3 - £20 CONFIGURE YOUR WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION AT YOUR HOME ******

Visits to your home can be arranged to re-install your wireless internet if you are having problems configuring your router and wireless hub. An extra charge of 40p per mile will be charged outwith the Glasgow area.

****** IMPORTANT NOTES TO READ ******

I will not re-install Vista on any system and any system with Vista installed will revert to the more stable version Windows XP

Any personal data on your system will be kept completely private and it is NOT our responsibility for any personal data lost due to formatting

We have a NO FIX - NO FEE policy, if your computer is beyond repair then your payment will be returned in full.

All software repairs have a 14 day guarantee only due to frequent spyware and virus downloads re-infecting a PC, this is why we install virus protection during repair

All repairs to be paid for in advance and PCs must be picked up no later than 14 days after completed repairs or the system will be recycled

Internet connection will be checked before your computer is returned and we cannot accept any responsibility for re-installing your own wireless network at your home address unless you request the paid for option to re-configure your router
