How to Uninstall Norton AntiVirus/NAV

First try and remove Norton from Add/Remove Programs, this is the best method for removing Norton but if you have tried this and it does not work then use the automatic uninstall program.

Download the uninstall norton file to your desktop, then restart your pc in safe mode by pressing F8 as your pc is starting up and chose safe mode. Now run the uninstall file from your desktop and it will remove all of Norton Symantec programs installed on your system. (The Norton Removal Tool uninstalls all Norton 2008/2007/2006/2005/2004/2003 products and Norton 360 from your computer.)
